Shoppe Gadgets believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Shoppe Gadgets does not accept cancellation requests for certain product categories such as raw materials, consumables, or customized gadgets. However, a refund/replacement can be initiated if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is defective or not as described.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed, and once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

If you feel that the product received does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

For products covered under manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.

In case of any approved refunds by Shoppe Gadgets, it may take 6-8 business days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
